• Key Responsibilities

Market Entry Planning & Execution

• Develop launch timelines, action plans, and periodic budgets for new markets.
• Consolidate and review implementation models; propose adjustments aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Legal & Investment Procedures

• Prepare checklists for legal entity establishment and outbound investment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business model requirements.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to manage licensing processes and monitor progress.

Infrastructure & Site Set-up

• Identify and assess potential locations; conduct feasibility studies and lease negotiations.
• Oversee construction and installation of key infrastructure (e.g., depots, bus stations).
• Coordinate with partners to ensure operational infrastructure readiness.

Vehicle Deployment & Operations

• Research and propose market-specific branding accessories in compliance with legal standards.
• Support visa processing, driver recruitment, and vehicle registration procedures.
• Lead evaluation and recommendation of operational equipment and solutions.

2. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Law, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation, preferably in market expansion or international operations.
• Strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in English; strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
