Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for core banking operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational workflows.
  • Assist in the design and validation of banking solutions that meet business needs.
  • Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Support testing, user acceptance (UAT), and implementation phases as needed.

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years in Core Banking domain.
  • Deep understanding of banking operations, processes, and core banking systems.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced banking environment.
