Visitwww.qorvo.comto learn how our innovative team is helping connect, protect and power our planet.About The PositionWe are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst – Manufacturing Systems to join our team and play a key role in optimizing and automating manufacturing supply chain processes.This position will collaborate closely with Global Planning, Logistics, Procurement and IT team to analyze current workflows, identify improvements opportunities and implement digital solutions using platforms such as Appian, Tableau, Power Apps and Monday.comResponsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Planning, Logistics, and Procurement teams to enhance and streamline manufacturing-related business processes using tools such as Appian, Tableau, Power Apps/Automate, and others.
• Analyze and document current manufacturing workflows, and work with Business Process owners for process improvement and automation using available system tools within Qorvo.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to define and implement system enhancements that support manufacturing efficiency and scalability.
• Design and develop digital solutions using platforms like Appian, Monday.com, and Power Apps to optimize manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Support change management initiatives by providing training, documentation, and testing assistance to end users during process transitions.
• Apply project management best practices to ensure successful delivery of business process improvements, particularly in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, is desirable.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
• Direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing field is a huge impact on the onboarding requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency in manufacturing settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines effectively.
• Experience with SAP Supply Chain modules is a plus.
