PR Executive (Volunteer)

This is an unpaid, volunteer opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and official announcements.
• Manage press outreach and media relations before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate onsite media activities: press check-in, interview facilitation, media kits.
• Support in preparing spokesperson briefing materials and talking points.
• Collect and archive press coverage for reporting and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 2+ years in PR, media, or corporate communications.
• Experience working with journalists or managing media relations is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Confident, professional presence in dealing with media.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and live event pressure.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and diplomatic.
