Technical Sales
Job Description:
1.Promote New Products and Solutions:
- Introduce and promote new products and solutions to customers, including CCTV and non-CCTV installers.
- Support customers in understanding the features and benefits of new products and solutions.
2.Maintain and Establish Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, dealers (Master dealers, Sub-dealers), and CCTV installers.
- Provide technical support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Technical Support and Training for Dealers:
- Support dealers and installers with product-related technical solutions and training.
- Conduct product training sessions for dealers and end customers to ensure proper usage and deployment.
4.Support Business Development (BD):
- Assist the BD team in creating Bills of Materials (BOM) for customers and handling specific technical requirements.
- Work closely with the BD team to ensure customers technical needs are met efficiently.
5.Manage Demo Devices:
- Prepare and manage demo devices for customers, ensuring that products are available for demonstrations and testing.
- Assist customers in using demo devices and provide technical support during the trial phase.
6.Test New Products and Provide Feedback:
- Test new products and provide feedback to the Product Manager and Sales team regarding product performance and potential improvements.
- Evaluate and assess new product features to ensure they meet market requirements.
7.Collect Market and Competitor Information:
- Gather and analyze market data, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide reports on trends and competitive analysis to support product and sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
1.Language Skills:
- Good command of both spoken and written English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
2.Skills and Personal Traits:
- Aggressive, self-motivated, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving and quick response skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
3.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and partners.
- Good relationship-building and persuasion skills.
4.Technical Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of CCTV solutions and related security products and Network products
- Previous experience in providing technical support and training for customers or partners is a plus.
5.Business trip
- Willing to have business trip in the Northern
