We are looking for acreative and experienced Senior Social Media Executivewho understands the Vietnamese market and is eager to contribute to the growth of51Talk– a leading 1-on-1 online English learning platform for children aged 3 to 15.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Vietnamese audiences across platforms such asFacebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and identity.
• Collaborate withKOLs/KOCsin the education sector, parenting communities.... influencers to runboosting campaignsthat drive brand awareness and student acquisition.
• Monitor social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to generate new content ideas and continuously refine content strategy.
• Work closely with thedesign and content teamsto create engaging posts, banners, short videos, and ads that inspire learning and resonate with local audiences.
• Analyze the performance of social channels, generate weekly/monthly reports, and provide> 3 years of experiencemanaging social media channels, with hands-on experience inboosting/paid social campaignson platforms like Facebook and Instagram strongly preferred.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese(written and verbal), with a strong ability to create content that resonates with local users.
• Deep understanding ofVietnamese culture, consumer behavior, and local digital trends to ensure content is effectively localized.
• Skilled in using social media management and analytics tools such asGoogle Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
• A strong portfolio or proven case studies showcasing success ingrowing social media channels, increasing engagement, and improving reach or conversion rates.
• Ability to workindependently in a fast-paced environment, while also being a collaborative and proactive team player.
