Buzz Itis a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solutions from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.
II. What you need to do
Product Consultant
- Strongly understand product and process to consult for client.
- Act as the liaison between clients and operation teams.
- Developing solid sales proposals.
- Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches.
- Collecting customer feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
Relationship Management
- Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with company products and services provided.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Work together with Sales Manager/BA for any requirement and propose solution.
Project Management
- Monitoring Sales and Performance Report submitted to client per request.
- Supervise the account executives and representatives team and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proactively communicate the project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc. to the required project expectations.
- Planning, settling requirements for pricing, T&C, sales plan, proposal, manage timeline, co- ordinate with stakeholders for pricing and client approval for campaign.
- Exhibit the discipline and general management skills to make sure that the team follows the standard processes and procedures.
Handling Objections
- To respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the companys reputation under the supervision of an Account Manager.
- Ensure implementation of project compliant to standard working process of company Other related work according to actual requirements.
- Bachelors Degree in any field, especially in business administration, Sales or Marketing.
- At least 5++ years in the same position.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking.
- Good negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word Doc), Photoshop, Canvas, Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills and experience.
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
- Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
