We are seeking aRisk Management Executiveto join our team, responsible for monitoring transactions, preventing fraud risks, and supporting merchants in handling disputes and chargebacks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and resolve business issues related to fraud and impersonation risk management arising from merchants.
• Evaluate merchants before implementing service connections.
• Train merchants in Risk Management practices.
• Operate the risk management system, monitor transactions, send alerts, and coordinate with merchants and banks to handle suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Guide, support, and advise merchants in handling complaints and disputes over chargebacks.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from a recognized university. Preference given to majors in Finance, Banking, or E-commerce.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in fields related to E-commerce and online payments.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to use MS Office and office equipment/tools proficiently for work purposes.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in a similar position at organizations such as banks.
