Recruitment Intern

Location: Le Lai, D1, HCM

Position: Recruitment Intern

Allowances: 2,000,000 VND monthly. Free lunch & Snack

Working type: 5 days a week (Mon-Friday)

Responsibilities: Training from Leader for all tasks

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract qualified IT professionals for open positions.
• Screening Resumes: Review and evaluate candidate resumes to determine their suitability for specific roles.
• Initial Screening: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Job Posting: Create and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to stay informed about the IT talent landscape.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including English checking call, scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and managing candidate communication.

Qualifications:

• Final year university student
• Good English communication
• Expeirenced as an intern is a big plus
