You will play a key role in building high quality experience for learners of a digital learning and engagement platform, as the project’s main priority.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design & Management
- Assist in the design and development of online training courses, including comprehensive programmes and short-format modules;
- Collaborate with lead instructors to develop course materials, interactive learning activities, and assessments aligned with course learning outcomes;
- Upload, organise, and maintain course materials on the learning management system;
- Perform Vietnamese-English and English-Vietnamese translation tasks across varied formats including video subtitles, documentation, and user interface content;
- Assist in organising and managing online learning activities and coaching sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of project activities and timelines;
- Prepare progress reports and updates for various stakeholders.
- Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 7.5 or higher);
- Prior experience in teaching, instructional design, or educational support, is a plus;
- Experience with learning management systems, and digital platforms;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Competent and confident in tech-heavy environments with ability to adopt new technological tools quickly;

- Remote part time position (20 hours per week)
- Project based employment: 1 year contract, renewable based on performance and adaptability
- Salary: 5 - 6 million VND per calendar month depending on experience
