Job Title

Multimedia Content Designer(Junior to Mid-Level): Start as a full-time freelancer at our office, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time staff role.

Who We’re Looking For

Are you passionate about multimedia design and want to create meaningful content in the healthcare field? At MIMS, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Designer to join our team. Youll work on a wide range of healthcare campaigns - from print materials to interactive digital media - that help deliver reliable medical information to the community.

What Youll Do

• Design and produce multimedia content for healthcare marketing and communication campaigns
• Create high-quality visuals: print materials, video content, photography, motiongraphics
• Develop basic 3D models for healthcare events or projects (optional, but a plus)
• Collaborate closely with the internal creative team (3–5 people), copywriters, project coordinators, and medical writers
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet medical content standards
• Stay updated on design trends and apply them appropriately in a healthcare context
• Deliver on-time, high-quality creative work - even under tight deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field
• At least 1 year of experience in multimedia design (experience with healthcare projects is a big plus)
• Confident in photography and photo editing for events
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and Figma
• 3D design experience (Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max) is a bonus —but not a must
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
