Key Account Executive

- Manage and develop assigned key accounts in the modern trade channel.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance by account and SKU.
- Negotiate annual commercial terms with key accounts (listing fees, discounts, display support, etc.).
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery, stock availability, and product visibility.
- Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute consumer and trade activities.
- Handle customer issues effectively to maintain strong business relationships.
- Other tasks assigned by Key Account Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Key Account or Sales role, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under high pressure.
- High sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and growth mindset.
