HR Manager (Generalist)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global and regional business objectives
- Act as an HR Partner, providing guidance on talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage the HRIS and HR Operations
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and succession planning
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics & reports
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 12+ years of HR generalist experience in MNCs, with regional exposure is highly preferable; Experience in the trading industry is preferable
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with business outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Good command of written & spoken English
- High integrity, resilience, and a proactive mindset
