Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanoi for a Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng - Tiếng Trung position at 365 Travel. The Customer Care role involves day-to-day tasks such as handling customer inquiries, providing travel assistance, managing bookings, offering tailored travel advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The position requires interactions with clients in Chinese and Vietnamese.
Qualifications- Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in customer service and client management, including handling inquiries and managing reservations
- Familiarity with travel industry practices and tourism-related knowledge
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Ability to work on-site in Hanoi, Vietnam
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
