Job Description

• Proactively search for and approach large-scale businesses to consult and proposecomprehensive media and advertising solutionssuch as OOH, digital marketing, social media, TVC, PR... tailored to their brand goals and business strategies.
• Advise on appropriate communication strategies; prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
• Collaborate on campaign implementation, monitor progress, handle issues, and maintain client relationships throughout the pre-sale, during, and post-sale phases.
• Training and professional developmentwill be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

Candidate Requirements

• University graduate, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strongcommunication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• OOH advertising experience is a plus.
• Proactive, dynamic, responsible, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Compensation

• Monthly income: 7 – 15 million VND +high commission
• Base salary is not tied to sales performance
