Your mission:Ensure the accuracy, flow, and compliance of all documentation between factories, partners, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage POs, invoices, quotes, spec sheets, shipping docs
• Verify certificates & compliance (FSC, FDA/EU food-contact, REACH, GRS, BSCI/SMETA)
• Track samples & shipments; keep records audit-ready
• Maintain structured archives and workflows (Google Drive, Monday.com)
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, QC partners, and clients

Profile

• 1–3 years in documentation, logistics coordination, or sales admin
• Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable
• Strong skills with spreadsheets & workflows
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese

Your mission:Build and manage supplier networks, drive product innovation, and secure competitive, reliable sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Source & benchmark factories in Vietnam/China
• Qualify suppliers (pricing, MOQs, certifications, lead times)
• Manage sampling & pre-production processes
• Track market trends and sustainable material innovations (bagasse, rPET, FSC kraft, bamboo, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with Documentation & Logistics teams

Profile

• 1–3 years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management
• Background in packaging or materials (paper, plastics, textiles, etc.)
• Curious, persistent, and organized; strong negotiation skills
• Data-driven, comfortable with spreadsheets
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
