 Location: Lite-On Vietnam – VSIP Industrial Park, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong

 Salary: million VND/month

 Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise production processes to ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
• Conduct process audits and address quality-related issues promptly.
• Analyze defective products, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize quality.
• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and related documentation.
• Support customer audits and respond to quality-related inquiries.

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in process quality control (MQA experience preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems and process control methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese. (Toeic 700 or HSK4)
