We're looking for ahigh-agency, hands-on, and organized marketer

. You'll take ownership ofmarketing operations for B-Anywhere

, our digital venture, while also supporting Bayer's Crop Science Vietnam withDurian and Coffee Strategic Projects

— two of Bayer's fastest-growing segments.

This role bridgesdigital innovation and traditional marketing

. You'll ensure projects move from strategy to execution with precision — coordinating across functions, managing timelines, and helping scale new models that connect Bayer with farmers and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day marketing operations

for B-Anywhere — campaign planning, budget tracking, reporting, and coordination with digital, sales, and content teams.- Drive the execution of brand activations and product campaigns

for Bayer's Durian and Coffee portfolios.- Support ideation and development

of new brand and digital initiatives to engage with retailers, partners, and farmers at scale- Derive insights

from data

and create strategic reports for leadership and stakeholders.- Manage vendors, creative materials, and approvals to ensure timely, compliant delivery.- Maintain structured documentation and liaise across Sales, Product, Operations, and external teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or brand management

(FMCG, agriculture, or tech preferred).- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently

with strong organization and follow-through.- Prior entrepreneurial experience is a plus- Excellent communication with English fluency and stakeholder management skills.- Comfortable working with data and AI/digital tools.
