• Manage project schedule follow instruction from Senior designer
• Represent owner to work with architects to make project follow approved schedule and quality.
• Coordinate b/t designer, Marketing Dept. to give out products matched with customer requirement.
• Have the ability to put in ideas to improve projects to create better and better products with cost control.
• Ability to work with designers and other Dept. for all the submission procedures to get project construction license.
• Review drawing of each submission stage and construction drawing following the checklist and PMH requirement.
• Coordinate with construction contractors and designers during construction time.
• Working with designers checking shop drawings before issuing to site. architecture

• Bachelor's Degree in Architect, Design or other major related fields with good graduation results
• Proficient in computer skills: Word, Excel, CAD or other software related to Design
• Able to work independently and work in a team.
• Good English

• Working Location: Lawrence S.Ting building, District 7, HCMC
• Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday, 83 hrs/ biweekly cycle)
