The Role

We are seeking a versatile and imaginative Marketing Executive to lead content production across our marketing channels. In this role, you will blend storytelling, design, and digital strategy to elevate Neutron’s voice and bring our products to life for audiences ranging from entrepreneurs and developers to everyday savers and global Bitcoin holders.

You will have the opportunity to shape how the world sees Neutron—crafting content that not only informs but inspires.

Responsibilities

Create with Purpose

* Develop compelling visual and video content that captures Neutron’s mission and product capabilities.

* Produce short-form multimedia assets for social platforms, marketing campaigns, and product education.

* Maintain visual consistency and evolve brand design across formats and campaigns.

Lead Social Storytelling

* Manage Neutron’s presence on platforms like Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Build and maintain content calendars that align with product roadmaps and market trends.

* Translate complex ideas into simple, relatable messages tailored to our diverse audiences.

What We’re Looking For

* 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative production.

* A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling through visual design and video.

* Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.).

* Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into accessible content.

* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit.

* Familiarity with Bitcoin, the Lightning Network, or financial technologies is a plus.
