Senior Technical Architect
Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Assistant to join our dynamic team at T-ime
Education, working for our Renaissance Learning product team. This full-time role is essential in
supporting the execution of sales strategies, managing client accounts, generating new leads, and
providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales team in driving
business growth, helping to expand the companys footprint, and playing a key role as a member of
the founding team in new market entry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand
market reach.
• Support lead generation through research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data and identify market trends.
• Manage client inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Help set and track sales targets, ensuring consistent performance against goals.
• Stay informed on the education sector, keeping up with emerging trends and competitor
activities to maintain T-ime Education’s competitive edge.
• Show initiative in market entry and expansion as a key member of the founding team.
Qualifications:
Background fit:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relations,
preferably in the education industry.
• Understanding of the education sector, particularly bilingual and digital literacy programs.
• Experience in English education is beneficial.
Skill fit:
• Fluency in English is required. Korean language skills are advantageous.
• Availability to travel and the ability to work across various sectors, including
government and private sectors, will be beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and
internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of sales operations, with an eagerness to learn lead generation and account
management.
• Experience in a fast-paced international company and a proven track record of results-
driven achievements is a must.
• Ability to analyze data and assist in identifying growth opportunities.
