• Platform Operations: Define processes, document procedures, and ensure correct policy implementation;
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, build strong customer relationships;
• Developer Relations: Actively engage and support developers, build strong developer communities, identify opportunities for mutual growth and platform improvement;
• Marketing & Engagement: Organize and participate in developer/partner events and webinars; develop marketing strategies to promote developer programs;
• Planning & Documentation: Create and manage strategic plans, records, and compliance documents;
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare performance reports, presentations, and marketing materials;
• Execution & Accountability: Track project progress and performance metrics.

What you will need

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, developer relations, or related fields;
• Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Technology Management, Marketing);
• Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills;
• Proficient in creating reports, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva;
• Excellent communication and socializing skills to build strong developer and customer relationships;
• Prior experience in platform-based technology companies is an advantage.
