  • Develop marketing plan (content strategy, events marketing, trade marketing, distribution, digital, KOLs/Influencers)
  • Planning, develop and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and offline
  • Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI
  • Understand our audience profile, talk their language and make sure we connect with them through content and design.
  • Responsible for implementing content production on communication channels: Website; social media (Fanpage, Tiktok, youtube, instagram, ); e-marketing; landing page, group.
  • Media production: Design description; video filming and editing script; concept for advertising photo album...
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Responsible for all facets of campaign planning, budget allocation, creative approval and timeline development.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Be organized, meet deadlines, do timelines. .

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand & marketing roles
  • Experience in operating Shopee and Tiktok shop is a plus
  • Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong pulse on market and cultural trends.
  • Experience with cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
  • Deep understanding of how users interact with digital content and how to create great user experiences from a content perspective
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask changing priorities
  • Ability to handle dynamic industry with constant development
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
