ABOUT THE JOB

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will lead initiatives to integrate advanced CI/CD solutions and bolster infrastructure security. Your projects may vary in complexity, such as conducting proofs of concept (POC) for Docker and Kubernetes integrations and configuring CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Kubernetes. Collaborating closely with architects and engineers, you will implement scalable, secure architecture and oversee their production rollouts.

• Conduct POCs to explore integration strategies for Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure and manage Jenkins for orchestrating Docker worker nodes via Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with enterprise and regional architects to refine CI/CD configurations.
• Oversee the implementation of tested architectures into production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines within agreed timelines.
• Develop and enforce DevSecOps standards and best practices in all projects.
• Automate processes to enhance scalability, security, and reliability of systems.
• Regularly liaise with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a DevOps or DevSecOps role.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, Java, JavaScript.
• Familiar with Configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform or Rundeck.
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodeDeploy.
• Strong expertise in Containers & orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Version control systems: SVN, Bitbucket.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps methodologies, infrastructure as code, automation practices, and agile delivery.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Fully up to date with DevSecOps trends, tools, and community practices.
• Security-minded and proactive approach.
• Solid understanding of automation and cloud environments
• Good English communication skill.
