Marketing Executive
As our Marketing Executive at Anytime Fitness Vietnam, you will lead the development of our local market strategies and content, ensuring a consistent and engaging digital presence that connects with our audience. Youll collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure impactful, culturally relevant campaigns that showcase the Anytime Fitness experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Marketing & Localisation
- Localise regional marketing strategies for the Vietnam market ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with local market conditions.
- Work closely with the regional marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and promotions.
- Share valuable insights on local consumer behaviour and preferences to shape more effective campaigns.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends, competitor research, and best practices related to content creation and distribution. Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the fitness landscape to stay competitive and relevant.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
- Manage the end-to-end execution of local campaigns, from conception to reporting, including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Oversee and coordinate in-club activations, events, and partnerships with local businesses. Ensure local gyms have the necessary collateral for promotions and campaigns.
- Initiate and manage outreach efforts to establish partnerships with brands and KOLs.
3. Content Creation & Production
- Conceptualise, develop & execute objective driven Social Campaigns alongside high-quality visually appealing and engaging Creative Content for the brand across social channels, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok. Content deliverables include videos, photos, animations, GIFs, TikTok content & other design elements that will be used on online & offline marketing channels.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos to promote our gym services, events, and community. Create dynamic content for use across both organic and paid campaigns.
4. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute creative, objective-driven social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content and campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to continuously engage and grow our target audience.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work with local gym managers and the regional marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, promotions, and events.
- Provide support to the Graphic Designer to create graphics, posters, and any other marketing collaterals.
