Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional
Nurse & Clinic Assistant
to support daily operations at R&R Beauty Clinic and assist with patient care for R&R Beauty Aesthetic. The role is based at our clinic, but will also involve frequent hospital visits to care for surgical patients during their day surgery or overnight recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and therapists during non-surgical procedures (e.g., laser, injectables, PRP, microneedling)
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness according to hygiene and infection control standards
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after procedures at our clinic and hospital.
• Administer medications, dress wounds, and provide basic clinical support
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Take clear and professional patient photos for documentation, education, and marketing (with consent)
• Support clients recovering at the hospital, including overnight stays when required
• Maintain accurate treatment records and manage patient documentation
• Assist with stock management and ordering of medical/aesthetic supplies
• Provide occasional administrative or front desk support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (valid nursing license in Vietnam required)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in clinical or aesthetic settings preferred
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare and non-invasive aesthetic procedures
• Comfortable with taking and managing patient photos
• Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
• Able to travel to hospital locations for patient care when required
• Basic English communication is a must (for interacting with international clients)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Google Drive)
