Job Description

· Design, implement, and optimize Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for iOS devices.

· Manage device enrollment, configuration, security policies, and compliance using MDM platforms.

· Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, ensuring smooth operation and security of managed IOS devices.

· Work closely with IT and security teams to enhance MDM policies, deployment strategies, and automation.

· Keep up to date with Apple’s MDM capabilities, DEP, VPP, and enterprise security best practices.

· Provide technical expertise, documentation, and training for internal teams.

Required Working Experience

· 4+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) with iOS.

· Strong expertise in Apple’s MDM framework, including DEP, VPP, APNs, and Managed App

Configurations.

· Hands-on experience with leading MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or similar).

· Experience working with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and enterprise-level iOS device fleets.

Required Language

· Fluent in English

Required Knowledge and Skills

• In-depth understanding of iOS security, provisioning, and enterprise deployment models.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze logs for diagnosing MDM-related issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
