We’re looking for afull-time Graphic Designerto join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City.

You’ll create engaging, visually striking designs that help us educate the market, build trust, and make storage feel as easy and accessible as it really is.

What You’ll Do

• Design for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Create eye-catching visuals for ads, organic posts, flyers, brochures, banners, and presentations
• Develop customer education materials (e.g. how storage works, step-by-step user guides)
• Design UI elements for websites and landing pages to support lead generation and CX
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform and format
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment
• Adjust designs based on feedback and collaborate openly with the team
• Stay up to date with design trends and proactively suggest creative ideas
• Utilize video editing skills to create short-form content for social media and other communication channels.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other key design tools
• Creative thinker with a solid understanding of modern social media design trends
• Ability to communicate complex services in simple, visual ways
• Possesses basic video editing skills to support the production of ad content and internal videos.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (required) and good English communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Open, collaborative, and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer services, real estate, or logistics is a plus
• Video editing or animation skills (for social media videos or GIFs)
• Experience in print, packaging, signage, or large-scale display design
