Job description:

• Take responsibility for managing and performing all tasks related to planning, monitoring and reporting the progress of assigned projects.
• Collect and consolidate data to develop project schedules in accordance with contract requirements and the Client/Owner's instructions.
• Support tender and quotation activities: prepare requests for quotation, participate in bid evaluation, negotiation and contract finalisation with subcontractors and suppliers as the planning representative.
• Prepare, update and maintain procedures, work instructions and documents related to project planning and schedule control.
• Monitor and forecast project progress; control the schedule, identify delays and develop recovery plans when slippage occurs.
• Work directly on offshore drilling/production platforms and construction vessels at field sites when required.
• Report to the Project Planning Team Leader/Deputy, Department Management and related Project Management teams; coordinate with other staff to ensure effective planning, control and progress reporting across projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for Clients and the Project Management Team Leader.
• Collect information, prepare daily work plans and daily progress reports for ongoing projects; monitor and prepare timesheets for project personnel.
• Perform other planning-related tasks as assigned by the Project Planning Team Leader.
• Provide advice to the Project/Planning Team Leaders and support other departments on matters within the assigned scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Marine/Offshore Engineering or related disciplines from Construction, Maritime, Polytechnic, Technical or Industrial universities (or equivalent).
• Proficient in project planning software, especially Primavera P6 .
• Good command of English for work (equivalent to TOEIC 600+).
• Proficient in MS Office and other common office software.
• Professional, proactive and hard‑working; able to work under high pressure and willing to travel and work offshore or away from home as required by the company.
