The responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Planning

● Manage full spectrum of digital advertising functions

● Formulate and implement marketing campaign via digital

● Work with HOM to create and develop digital strategy

● Work with Brands Manager to construct ads plan for each brand based on said digital strategy

● Working closely with other teams and assist to manage & upkeep digital branding

● Create performance reports and form insights

● Work with HOM for digital workshops for team members

Execute

● Strategy Development: Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives

● Execute all digital marketing, including social ads (Meta,Google,Tiktok,..)

● Analyze & Optimize digital ads performance

● Stay updated on online marketing trends and continuously refine marketing strategies

● SEO and SEM: Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the organization's visibility and rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs), as well as managing paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions

● Oversee digital team operations and budget management.

Requirements:

● University, college graduates in Marketing or related fields

● At least 03 years in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce in Hospitality, Nightlife or relevant experiences

● Positive team player with ability to collaborate with multi-levels

● Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

● Proven experience developing digital marketing plans & campaigns

● Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity

● Extensive level knowledge of marketing with an emphasis on social media and community management (marketing or related degree preferred).

● Excellent communication and organizational skills
