    Were seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our Marketing team and create killer short videos for our mobile games. youll possess a keen eye for detail and a talent for crafting compelling animations that resonate with mobile audiences. Working from creative briefs and provided materials, youll ensure timely delivery of high-quality, impactful video ads. To showcase your abilities, please submit your portfolio alongside your application.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
    Motion & Animation Design: Leverage your animation expertise to conceptualize and execute captivating short video ads for our mobile games, aligning them with provided briefs for seamless consistency and brand awareness. Two-sides Creative Collaboration: We value two-ways teamwork! Youll work closely with our Creative Project Coordinator to fully execute project requirements, contribute your creative ideas during discussions, and integrate constructive feedback to deliver exceptional output. Time Management & Efficiency: Delivering high-quality deliverables on time is the key. Youll deliver high-quality video ads on time, consistently maintaining creative standards. Growth & Ownership Mindset: We foster a culture of strong expertise & continuous improvement. Youll be encouraged to explore and raise your voice over other operating topics: ideas contribution, process optimization opportunities, potentially reduce production costs, all while upholding the quality of your work.
QUALIFICATIONS
    Proven experience (over 1 year) in motion design, simple animation, preferably within the mobile gaming industry. Proficiency in motion editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effect)F amiliarity with 3D animation softwares (E3D, C4D..) is a plus Can independently conduct research, update knowledge about current trendy graphic styles, audience graphic preference. Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience. Good sense of visual and music due to work related environment.
SOFT SKILLS
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptive to work with multiple games portfolio. Good communication, can discuss with the team about your ideas, projects and discuss feedback effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. A strong ownership and innovating mindset, always looking for ways to improve.
