- Own advertising revenue KPI for Marketing Solutions for Top assigned advertisers
- Define, implement and optimize solution mix of top brands/ sellers, including internal and external solutions
- Analyze, consult & assist these top advertisers on media planning & ads optimization, to deliver the better ads performance and ROAS
- Work closely with Commercial KAMs to do pitching & review for JBP/ KBP, define revenue growth, synergize commercial and monetization strategies to tackle the challenges and drive the companys goals
- Filter and translate the feedbacks from these advertisers & KAMs into the product & programs request and improvements
- Participate in other Marketing Solutions initiatives
- Bachelors degree in related discipline
- At least 5 years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing Solutions, Media or Data analytics (with client facing)
- Own data analytical skill with logical thinking and detail-oriented, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills: good communication & process management, Problem solving & influencing stakeholders
- Good presentation skill in both Vietnamese & English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, execution-oriented and challenging work environment
- High level of proficiency using advanced Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
