Market Operations Analyst

As the Markets Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the operational monitoring of daily processing workflow of Market products, act as Client service advisor for Markets and handle Local regulatory reports for all Market products and Corporate Loan. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business support & control of FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Bond, Loan and working in close partnership with Market traders, Market Sales, Bankers and regional operations hubs. Check and ensure that all transactions are processed in a complete, accurate manner and within control standards.
• Check supporting documents to comply with local regulations and ensure sanction screening is properly followed.
• Act as Client Service roles for Markets: Respond and reply any inquiries from clients on transaction basis and through onboarding process.
• Handle local regulatory reports. Ensure that LRR processing on Market products are complied with regulations.
• Participate in projects to implement new products, systems and processes related to Market Operations
• Assist CIB Ops manager in ensuring all matters relating to risk management are addressed on a timely basis across all products.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience within the financial industry
• Knowledge in Markets products and back office processing
• Understand local regulations of foreign exchange and derivatives products
• Excellent Command in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel function

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

• Familiar with AI/ bot technologies
• Strong risk management and control mindset
