Market and product research (20%):
  • Update knowledge and new information about the product, market, and target customers continuously, stay updated about gaming market trends.
  • Provide assessments and analyses to choose products suitable for the target market.
  • Understand thoroughly about product features and specificities.
Product operations (40%):
  • Ensure the product integration process for functionality in target markets.
  • Organize and supervise operational activities, ensuring the maintenance/improvement of user experience.
  • Plan short-term/long-term operations and design activities/events for the product to optimize revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to execute promotional campaigns, community building, customer support... for the product.
  • Participate in building backup systems and risk management during product operations.
Data analyzing (40%):
  • Understand product data for analysis and evaluation of product health, as well as identify accurately issues from the product/customer.
  • Make regular reports on the products under responsibility, providing detailed information to understand and improve operational performance.
