About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Auditor to perform comprehensive internal audits of Process Safety Management (PSM) systems. The role involves evaluating the organization’s PSM system against the Center for Chemical Process Safety’s (CCPS) 20 Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) Elements and driving improvements in process safety and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits of PSM systems in alignment with the CCPS RBPS framework.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations, company policies, and international standards.
- Assess the implementation and effectiveness of PSM elements, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review processes, procedures, and personnel practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) audits or risk management, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of CCPS Risk-Based Process Safety principles and Vietnam’s regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
