Công Ty Concentrix Tuyển Nhân Viên Tổng Đài Nhắc Phí

+ Mô tả công việc:

- Gọi ra cho Khách hàng theo Data công ty cấp sẵn;

- Khách hàng đã/đang sử dụng các dịch vụ vay trả góp, vay tiêu dùng, vay vốn,...

- Nhắc nhở khách hàng về trách nhiệm thanh toán đúng hạn;

- Thuyết phục khách hàng hoàn trả các khoản vay theo đúng cam kết;

- Hỗ trợ khách hàng về các điểm thanh toán,...

+ Yêu cầu:

- Không nợ xấu;

- Có bằng THCS trở lên;

- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Call Center hoặc thu hồi nợ.

+ Quyền lợi:

- LƯƠNG LCB: 5.580.000 + Phụ cấp cơm: 500.000 + Thưởng % hoa hồng;

- Thu nhập TB: 12.000.000 - 20.000.000/ tháng (không giới hạn);

- Đầy đủ chính sách phúc lợi: BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, BH 24/7;

- 14 ngày phép/ năm;

- Lương thưởng tháng 13;

- Môi trường làm việc Quốc Tế;

- Chính sách thăng tiến rõ ràng;

- Xét Quyệt và điều chỉnh lương hàng năm;

- Thử Việc 100% Lương.

Thời gian làm việc: 8h - 18h. Nghỉ cố định ngày chủ nhật.
