As a Solution Lead - O2O Solutions, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing Online-to-Offline (O2O) and Loyalty CRM solutions that enhance customer experience and meet market demands. You will play a crucial role in bridging market opportunities, technology, and business strategy to create high-value solutions for enterprises. What you will do 1. Research & Develop O2O/Loyalty CRM Solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in O2O and Loyalty solutions;
  • Leverage the Zalo ecosystem to design solutions that enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue optimization for businesses;
  • Monitor solution performance and continuously optimize based on market feedback and data insights.
2. Define Product Roadmap & Collaborate with Tech Team
  • Analyze market demand and propose new initiatives or improvements for existing solutions;
  • Work closely with the Tech team to build a clear product roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable and meet business needs;
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions to refine and enhance product strategy.
3. Support Sales & Develop Commercial Roadmap
  • Train and assist the Sales team in consulting and selling O2O/Loyalty CRM solutions to clients;
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and service packages tailored to different customer segments;
  • Create sales materials, case studies, and guidelines to enhance the teams ability to engage with clients effectively.
4. Collaborate with Marketing for Solution Promotion
  • Develop marketing and communication strategies to increase awareness and adoption of O2O and Loyalty CRM solutions;
  • Work with the Marketing team to create content (articles, videos, webinars, demos) that effectively communicates solution benefits;
  • Represent Adtima in industry events and conferences to showcase solutions to potential clients and partners.
What you will need
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency or technology company;
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends;
  • Competencies: Ability to adapt to new challenges, solve complex problems, analyze use cases, and develop effective solutions that meet client demands;
  • Success Metrics: Proven track record of successfully handling clients, delivering new solutions, and demonstrating expertise in complex knowledge areas;
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and handle conflicts constructively;
