What you will do Zalo Product Owner works with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Product Owner to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company;- Lead the ideation and launch of innovative products;
- Drive product development with a team of dynamic and talented engineers and designers;
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction;
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products;
- Understand Zalos strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry;
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Feature Management Experience and working process;
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and UX/UI design;
- User research experience in industry or academia;
- Emphasized on qualitative or quantitative research;
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset;
- Plan and conduct research in close collaboration with stakeholders, including design, engineering and product management;
- Sharp, motivated co-workers in a high-tech environment;
- Well-versed critical thinking and logical thinking.
