Senior Content Strategy Operations Specialist

Full-time

• Market trending content management: mining diverse topics along with Zalo Video contents mission and guidelines to ensure high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience, foresee ahead of industry trends and explore new initiatives;
• Manage content quality control (CQC): in both input & output, continously evaluate video & channel contents;
• Responsible for content quality workflow, training & leading CQC executives to ensure performance & fostering engagement and empowerment;
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ultilize and uplift resources in order to optimize content distribution method;
• Analyze and deepdive in data, well ogarnized tracking documents/reports.

• Minimum: o Bachelors degree or above with 4+ years of experience or above in social media - content marketing and content quality management; o Recent and minimum 1+ years experience as Team Lead/Social Content Management; o Strong analytical skills and data driven.
• Preferred Qualification: o Exposure in social content industry and content quality control is advantageous; o Strong sense of trending content in local market; o Good communications and interpersonal skills; o Ability to manage multiple priorities, quick adaptation & proactive skillset; o Proven track record with data driven of working.
