QC Engineer (AI Project)

Job description

Work closely with multiple stakeholders such as the business team, product managers, and engineers to sync up product features and troubleshoot issues. Work with project developers, business analysts, and customer support teams to ensure software solutions meet our user expectations. Develop software test cases based on consumer specifications and requirements. Perform root cause analysis on defects found to identify and mitigate project risks. Conduct exploratory and usability testing to locate bugs before the software is introduced into production. Execute comprehensive testing against the software, ensuring all features function as designed and intended. Contribute to the continuous improvement of software testing methodologies and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), if necessary. Perform functional and user scenario tests on Web platforms. Communicate with the technical team and reproduce issues for the debug plan. Work closely with the project team to understand user requirements and review issues. Coordinate testing activities with other members. Ensure UAT is delivered with approved quality and timeline.

Job requirement

2+ years of experience with software testing. Experience in developing test cases, test plans, and execution tests (functional testing, non-functional testing). Knowledge of computer architecture and tools for manual test, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, and bug-tracking systems. Good communication skills, who can convert business feedback into technical requirements and vice versa. Experience in web and mobile applications. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Having enthusiasm and passion at work, having a responsibility to ensure product quality. Good at research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. Experience in APIs(Postman), database, and backend testing. Having ISTQB certification is a plus
