Baller Headwear is a Singapore Company which is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. Were located in Hoa Khanh industrial park in Da Nang.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (planning, purchasing, QA, production) to follow up orders from development to shipment.
• Review and update BOMs (Bill of Materials), including assigning subcontractors or suppliers for each material.
• Monitor production timelines, material readiness, and daily progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle data entry and production updates in ERP systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, sample approvals, or any arising issues.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure production quality meets required standards.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in production merchandising or order tracking in a textiles/apparel company.
• Understanding of production planning, materials, BOMs, and quality control.
• Good at organizing, tracking progress, and managing time.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Good English skills.
• Careful and detail-focused.
