Production Manager
- Organize and operate all production activities, ensure productivity, quality on schedule and save costs and materials as required
- Preside over the construction, maintenance, and recording of agreed processes
- Update the implementation of production processes and quality regulations to ensure product quality for the Company
- Research to complete and improve product quality (if necessary)
- Research and deploy the application of new technology and new products according to the Companys orientation (if any)
- Responsible for managing training and developing human resources, assigning work, checking, supervising, urging, supporting, and evaluating human resources of affiliated Departments
- Organize competition activities, training activities, and training to improve productivity and work efficiency of employees.
