  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its partners (e.g., resellers, suppliers, affiliates, etc.).
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term engagement. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
  • Support negotiation processes and assist in partnership agreements and onboarding. Track, analyze, and report on partner performance based on defined KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to implement partnership programs (training, incentives, co-marketing campaigns, etc.).
  • Ensure partners receive timely updates, tools, and resources. Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts or operational issues with partners.
  • Maintain a positive image of the company in all partner interactions.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in partner management, business development, account management, or B2B sales. Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or Online Travel Agent will be referred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
