Legal Manager

Full-time

• Lead & provide legal advice on activities related to administration, IT, telecommunications, e-commerce, fintech, and more;
• Draft, review, and manage internal policies, contracts, and terms of service;
• Coordinate with government authorities on licensing and compliance reporting;
• Monitor new legal developments and advise on necessary adjustments for compliance;
• Manage relationships with partners, overseeing contract implementation and issue resolution.
• Support in licensing;
• Participate in the proceeding to protect the rights and interests of the Company;
• Legal advice to management regarding new strategic initiatives and product launches;
• Review and lead the reporting of critical findings related to existing and potential legal risks, including recommendations to mitigate risks from an operational perspective;

• Bachelors degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, or related fields;
• 10+ years of experience with 4-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within legal, compliance, or risk management, especially in relevant industries;
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects;
• Have proficient skills in analytical thinking and making judgments;
• Careful, honest, business-oriented, active, engaging, highly independent & responsible;
• Proficiency in legal regulations related to areas such as administration, telecommunications, e-commerce, finance, fintech, and IT;
• Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, payment, tax, and finance are advantageous;
• Preference for candidates with experience in startup, fintech, or IT environments.
