Key Account Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic accounts to achieve company goals and GMV.
- Approach new customers in the food chain channel to help company grow and satisfy customers.
- Maintain current customer data and expand customers every month. Build good relationships with customers.
- Conduct business planning - Review annual and quarterly business plans.
- Manage current customer activities.
- Provide reports and analysis on business results for assigned customers.
- Monitor customer growth and goals.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Follow up and monitor special B2B customers.
- Receive good and bad feedback from customers and make appropriate reforms.
- Monitor contracts if any and memorandum of understanding between buyers and sellers.
- Monitor negative customer feedback and resolve difficulties to ensure customers receive complete KMR products.
- Work with colleagues to bring customers the best service.
Qualifications
- Male/Female.
- Good health.
- University graduate.
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- 2-3 years of experience with large food chain channels, F&B industry or hospital group.
- Experience working with large corporations.
- Hardworking, resilient and patient.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, eager to achieve good results.
- Learn quickly and think quickly.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Team spirit and respect for teammates.
