Administration: formulate and administer the HR policy and procedures within the company, prepare budget for capex, administrative, training, employee relations, welfare and clinic requirements for administration, staff development and enhancement of staff morale. 2.Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their request. 3. Prepare offer letter, labor contract, and C&B related documents. 4. Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal. 5. Ensure accurate on - boarding and termination process including documentation preparation. 6. Planning, tracking, raise PR to purchase staffs supplies in budget. 7. Filing & record management: responsible for the proper maintenance of all employees files, up-to-date employees data. 8. Maintain and upkeep all leave records of all employees to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared. 9. Manpower planning: ensure effective utilization of manpower, timely recruitment of all staff, selection of right candidate for the job, screening, interviewing. 10. Induction & Orientation: ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out. 11. Training & Development: identify training needs, organize appropriate courses, cross exposure, performance standard training, follow up all docs related to training. 12. Staff welfare - C&B: maintain and enhance the staff welfare to ensure high morale amongst the employees.
- Calculate monthly payroll and get required approval for payment, process monthly payment on time.
- Ensure accurate monthly SMUI contribution on-time payment as regulated by Law.

- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or related service with the position of HR Manager.
- Must have bachelor degree.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good understand of local labour law and regulations.
- Be able to achieve HR targets and conduct training.
- Planning & organizing skill.
- Leadership skill.
