  • Develop, maintain and ensure an integrated HR IT System management and foster, support and self manage the HR IT Transformation and the related IT Project management
  • Develop and maintain state of the art HR Data Analytics, Tools and Data resources
  • Ensure HR Data protection management and Data compliance following legal and corporate standards
  • HR Data management and automation
  • Orientation training for newcomers

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Information Technologies, International Management or comparable
  • At least 2 years of IT Project Management and IT Process Management with HR related experience preferable
  • Working experiences within a Multinational company* Specific knowledge & Skills-fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
  • Very strong background in latest Information Technology
  • Highly engaged, committed and motivated
  • High level of Respect, Integrity and Discipline
