- Leads and manages the Creative Services Team
- Receive project briefs and creative direction from RMIT Melbourne (Marketing Squads) and be the key liaison between Melbourne Marketing Squads/ stakeholders, GCMC, and the creative team in Vietnam.
- Coordinate the collection, organization and management of all written copy, visual and digital assets.
- Traffic work via workflow management systems and organize assets
- Work closely with Assistant Director and Account Manager to ensure workload and deadlines.
- Lead and manage the Creative Services Team to ensure a quality level of service is provided to all key stakeholders.
- Manage the teams workflow, project schedules to ensure that all key deliverables are met.
- Promote correct use and treatment of brand assets across the team.
- Ensure all layouts, proofs and artwork requirements deliver on the creative brief and expectations.
- Liaise with production vendors on production or printing specifications as required.
- Coordinate status/project update meetings as required.
- Lead creative direction for campaigns as required.
- Respond/troubleshoot ad-hoc marketing and creative briefs.
- Promote and foster a healthy and positive energy within the Creative Team.
- Responsibilities for onboarding and mentoring junior staff in design quality and work culture.
- Conduct end-of-campaign retrospectives, covering visuals and reporting on successes, challenges, and blockers.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in a role involving project coordination/project management.
- Proven experience in effective people management.
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to project coordinate across geographical locations.
- Ability to motivate and motivate staff to meet key business deliverables.
- Proven planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven interpersonal, negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver against multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge and familiarity with content production process.
- Knowledge and ability to use different design platforms such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.
