Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Copywriter to join our creative team. As a Copywriter at Hedima, you will craft compelling, brand-driven content that engages audiences and elevates brand communications across various platforms. You will work closely with Art Conceptors, Strategists, and Account teams to develop impactful ideas that bring brands to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for campaigns across digital, social media, print, TV, and other media channels.
• Collaborate with a team of other creative members, planners, medical staffs & account team, from concept development to delivery of final product
• Translate brand strategies and insights into engaging messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Develop and adapt copy for IMC campaigns, ensuring a cohesive message across multiple touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging across all communication touchpoints.
• Adapt and refine copy based on client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, cultural shifts, and emerging communication formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative development process.
• Conduct research to understand different industries, competitors, and audience behaviors.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requitements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Copywriter in an advertising, branding, or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and versatility in copywriting across different media.
• Excellent command of English and/or Vietnamese (depending on agency requirements).
• Ability to craft copy that is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand tone.
• A strong understanding of brand communication, marketing strategies, and consumer psychology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Understanding the medical and healthcare industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus
