Assistant To Carcass Production Manager

Job Description
  • Monitor and arrange meeting schedules for managers.
  • Participate in management meetings outside the company and make reports for presentations.
  • Responsible for training and instructing production staffs on how to report and use the system ( CAR2, 2CAR2, LAB ).
  • Write and update all SOPs, work instructions for all areas that the department head manages (CAR2, 2CAR2, COLOR COM2, COLOR LAB, COLOR SAMPLE ).
  • Responsible for reading, translating and sending emails.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings of manager (interpreting).
  • Monitor and report all projects’ progress of all CARCASS small sections that manager has assigned.
  • Make daily and monthly reports on output, efficiency, quality, costs, and long-term unused inventory.
  • Write work instructions to train for all areas with guidance from department heads.
  • Resolve some other administrative and human resource tasks that arise during work.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • 100% incoming emails must be read and replied.
  • Accurate translation and interpretation.

Requirements
  • Male or Female. Age 22 – 30.
  • University degree.
  • Sociable and approachable character.
  • Good command of English in 04 skills.
  • Good MS office skills.
  • Well organized and good communication.
  • Confident, active, mature, honest, hard working, sense of responsibility and result oriented.
  • Working experience in production environment is preferred.
